The application process for accreditations for the Open de España will open on 15 August.
Any applications sent from non-institutional email servers (such as yahoo, hotmail, gmail and similar) must attach an official letter from the media agency for which they are going to work proving that they have recently been accredited in other European Tour tournaments. The letter should be sent to email@example.com. If this is not done the accreditation will not be processed.
All applications from freelance journalists should also come with an official letter from the media agency they are going to work for at the 2021 Open de España. This information should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Digital media agencies will also be required to email a letter (email@example.com) specifying the reason for which the accreditation is being requested, the type of coverage of the 2021 Open de España that is to be carried out, recent accreditations for other European Tour tournaments, basic data on hits on the website/blog and a profile of the journalist covering the event. This data will help us filter the accreditations.
Completing an application does not in any way guarantee accreditation for the 2021 Open de España. All applicants will receive an email regarding the status of their accreditation.
Television agencies without rights and digital media agencies that are not accredited as television agencies who intend to carry out some kind of recording on the Club de Campo Villa de Madrid premises should send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We remind you that the use of cameras and the recording of videos by media agencies that are not authorised to do so will lead to the withdrawal of their accreditation.
Accreditations shall not be transferable in any case and must be collected by the accredited person.
Communication with the tournament organisation for the processing of accreditations shall take place solely by means of email.
